1. Seller
These Terms and Conditions apply to digital products bought from Move with Leia through movewithleia.com and the Move with Leia store on Payhip (payhip.com/MovewithLeia).

By placing an order you enter into a contract with the seller. These Terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer rights.
2. Products
We sell online video-based chair dance and movement programmes and other digital products: The Art of Chair Dancing (online course, 14 days of access), Chair Dance Academy (online programme with 12 months of access for a one-time purchase, no subscription and no automatic renewal), The Core Vibe (14-day mobility programme), single choreographies and the Slovenian programme Vadba za aktivni odmor.
The exact content, access period, price and technical requirements are stated on the product page at the time of ordering. No physical product is shipped.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed in the Payhip checkout. Before you confirm an order you see the product, the total price and the available payment methods (card and PayPal). Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full payment card details. You receive an order confirmation by email with a link to your access or download page.
4. Delivery and access
Access is provided immediately after successful payment. Access is personal and limited to the access period of the product. If you cannot access what you bought, email he***@**********ia.com and we will provide the content or another remedy required by law.
5. Right of withdrawal and no refunds
Consumers who buy at a distance normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our products are digital content that is supplied immediately. In the checkout you must tick a separate box confirming that access starts immediately after purchase and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.
Because access starts immediately and you have confirmed this, we do not give refunds for change of mind after purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is not delivered or does not conform to the contract. In that case you may be entitled to delivery or repair, a price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund. To use these rights, email he***@**********ia.com with your order details.
6. Licence and intellectual property
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased content for your own private practice during the access period. You may not share your access, resell, copy, record, publish or distribute the content. All videos, choreographies, texts, photos and the Move with Leia name and logo are protected by copyright.
7. Health and safe participation
Dance and movement involve physical effort and a risk of injury. Use a stable chair and a safe space, adapt movements to your abilities, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Seek medical advice if you have health concerns, are pregnant or have an injury. The content is educational and is not individual medical advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Communication and marketing
We send order and access messages needed to fulfil your purchase. Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Subscribing is not a condition of purchase.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact he***@**********ia.com. We handle complaints in line with consumer protection law. The seller does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent. Disputes are resolved before the competent court in Slovenia, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes and applicable law
The Terms valid at the time of your order apply to that order. Slovenian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live is not affected.
