2. Purchases
When you buy in our Payhip store, Payhip processes your name, email, country, order and payment data as our platform. Payments are handled by PayPal or the card processor shown in the checkout. We receive the order details, your name, email and country.
Purpose: delivering the product, customer support and legally required accounting. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Retention: for the period required by accounting and tax law.
3. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your name and email and send newsletters with MailerLite. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Retention: until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email.
4. Enquiries
If you email us we use your data to answer you. Legal basis: contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: as long as needed for the enquiry and any legal claim.
5. Analytics and cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics (through Site Kit) to understand how the website is used. Cookie choices are managed with Complianz, see our Cookie Policy for names, providers and durations. Non-essential cookies are set only after your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
6. Security and spam protection
To protect the website we use Wordfence and CleanTalk and send email with Post SMTP. IP address and form data may be processed. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
7. Recipients and transfers
Payhip, PayPal and card processors, MailerLite, Google, our web hosting provider and the security tools above. Some providers are outside the EU or EEA. Transfers rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses of those providers.
Links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest lead to separate services with their own privacy policies.
8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Contact he***@**********ia.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), www.ip-rs.si.
9. Children and automated decisions
Our products are intended for adults. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
