Hello and welcome to the sneak peek of what the Ladies Chair Dance membership looks like. In this free module, you will find a basic warm-up routine and a sample of one of my choreographies, Little white lies.
Before you start dancing, please make sure you warm up well. I can’t stress enough how important warming up is! It lessens the risk of injury as it prepares your body for physical activity. The warm-up exercises increase circulation, and body temperature, and bring the heart rate up; the stretching warms the muscles and prepares them for the movements they will be required to carry out during the dance.
You can use the warm-up I prepared for you or your own.
