You were once a baby too. And then you grew up and adopted ideas from your surroundings that you are not good enough. You flip through magazines to see how you need to look to be accepted. You watch commercials to know which cosmetics you need to use to be accepted. You measure your waist to see if you have the right measurements to be accepted…
I created this online membership so that at least part of what we create live in dance courses with my ladies can reach you on the other side of the world. To help you look within and recognize the treasure you are sitting on. To allow you to connect with yourself through dance, express your femininity, beauty, emotions, yourself. To give you permission to express through movement everything that’s on your mind and step into this life more lightly. To show you that you are a divine, magnificent expression of life.

About the Chair Dance Membership
The online dance membership is designed just like a live class: you warm up, learn a part of the chair dance choreography, practice it well, then finish it up with cooling down and relaxation.
All levels are welcome.
By participating in my membership, you will gain:

This is a subscription-based plan. You will have to enter your payment information the first time and next month’s payments will automatically be collected. You will automatically be subscribed for the next month.
Will I lose the previous content in the new month?
No, you get to keep EVERYTHING. You can always return back to previous routines and practice them. The longer you stay in the program and maintain membership, the more dance choreographies you’ll have.
What happens if the price changes?
As long as you keep the membership going, the price will stay the same as the first time :).
What if I would like to unsubscribe?
You can start and cancel your subscription at any time. Note that you’ll lose access to all of the membership content immediately after your cancellation is processed.
PayPal payments: if you purchased the program using PayPal, you will also need to manually cancel subscription.
Do I lose the content I paid for in the previous months if I decide to unsubscribe?
Yes. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer have access to the content.
How much space do I need?
You need to have enough space around the chair to straighten both your hands and legs in all directions. Appr. 2m x 2m should be enough to perform the routine, but the more, the better.
Do I need a specific kind of floor?
A straight and even floor, the best is wood or carpet or ceramic. I would suggest something where you can dance bare feet/in socks, only because we’re putting the feet on the chair a lot and if you were wearing shoes, the chair will get dirty and you will have to sit and dance on that dirt (which isn’t very nice). Also dancing bare feet will give you more feeling.
When I started teaching chair dance back in 2012, I had no idea how many women’s lives I would touch. At that time, I had a single goal: to create an environment where women from all over the world would feel safe enough to express themselves, to show their vulnerability, femininity, wildness, and gentleness simultaneously, to be seen and noticed, accepted and supported without judgment or criticism. And for them to take this wonderful experience of freedom beyond the dance hall into their everyday lives. Something I myself didn’t have and didn’t experience.
Years later, after receiving numerous feedbacks, I know that I am realizing my vision. Many women have gone through my course, whose lives have changed in one way or another.
